Dr. G knows the importance of a hands on approach.  Exercises, coordination training, etc. are all crucial in a good plan of care.

But, also, manual therapy plays a major role in helping an individual experience less pain and greater musculoskeletal function.  Sometimes manual therapy is not utilized enough by physical therapists.

For patients needing pelvic health services, biofeedback is likely to be included in your plan of care as supported by research.

What can I expect during a session?

Expect to have some sort of manual therapy performed to tight muscles and/or stiff joints.  Expect to perform training exercises catered to your needs.  If you have pelvic health issues, please see our pelvic health page for additional things to expect on your visit.

Can you really help me with my problem?  I have been through a lot.

Do you take insurance?

Yes.

We are in network with Medicare, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and working on getting in network with other insurance companies.


What are your rates?

If you have insurance, you might have a copay or deductible to meet.  We check this for you as a courtesy.  You will be responsible for what your insurance doesn’t cover.

Out of pocket cost:
Initial evaluations/first visits are $200.
Follow up visits are $125.
